Can I use an embroidery design from a book and then sell my finished product?
Is this legal to do? I have no problem with recognizing the designer or the book it came from, but is it necessary?
It's not legal, they are only for personal use even if you give an acknowledgment. However, you can think of the design as an inspiration for your own, newer design.
